One of the best lessons I have learned from Hatha Yoga is Pranayama or breathing and especially breathing through the nose. It's about a year's training but once mastered you can run in cold air, shoot better with an arrow or rifle, fight better with hands or knives and relax when it's time to decompress.

The nose is the best filter. You can actually eat virul and bacterial material via mucus by breathing and swallowing the accumulated bodies where your stomach will consume, delegate and remember for antibody deployment.

Oops, did I just initiate the reader into sacred health? Yep, I did. That's what I do.
