Did the strength training this morning without shoes. Only with toespacers and socks. Felt really good. Very stable. Curious how this will feel tomorrow with leg day.

I always train legs without shoes.

Did you see a big difference with vs without shoes?

I’m thinking this will improve my stability during deadlifts, squats and definitely lunges. Lunges always feels a little awkward with shoes

Yeah it’s way more stable and you feel better activation of your quads and hamstrings. It’s even safer if you go heavy because you don’t have that rebound coming from your shoe sole. My gym has like wooden floors on the squat rack and deadlift area which makes it way more better.

This is excellent. Looking forward to leg day tomorrow

What are the spacers? I struggle with crooked/cramped toes but I've been using Xero shoes and love them. Do you have pics of the spacers?

It’s 4 loops that go from your big toe to the smallest, which is free to move. There’s also a 5 loop version but I prefer this one. They sell it on amazon or on their website directly thetoespacer.com

I used them daily in the past for mobility in the foot. Getting back to it now

Damn. That's legit. I need this. 🙏🏼

I workout without shoes, but have never tried it with toe spacers. 🧐 I like to grip the floor with my toes. I wonder if I can do it with the spacers?

They help with foot mobility and repair the damage caused by narrow shoes. They bring in more space between the toes with a piece of sillicone placed at the root of the toe. They don’t fully cover the toes. I’m not an expert but I think you would still be able to grip the floor

My toes definitely need some spacing

You usually start with 15mins the first day and then go up by 15mins every day. I usually did 1.5-2 hours per day but I figured I should try doing it with the training. Feels good

thetoespacer.com or Amazon has them too
