They were able to roll over everybody but it didn’t last. They had no plan for governance and almost immediately it just became cultures which were autonomous but with a few Mongol leaders at the top. I’m not sure if that’s better or worse than empires that were more agressive like the Spanish, English, or Inca.

So it just fizzled out? That's interesting.
Not quite. Half the world is related to Genghis.
So what, he just left for cigarettes and never came back?
You could say that. Although I think many were glad to see him go and fearful of his arrival.
He was bagasse, I know that much.
*badass corrects to bagasse on my phone. What in earth is a bagasse?!
That’s the street Leibnitz grew up on.
That’s a massive overestimation. I was looking it up for some reason not that long ago. It was only like 16-17 million Asian males are descended from one man believed but unable to be confirmed to be Genghis Khan.
Only 16-17 million . That's pocket change.
Eh when you started back in the 1200’s, rape was used as a military tactic, and in comparison to the entire population of the geographic area they’re using it’s like eh. Yes this common ancestor left quite a lineage. There are just so many generations in that time period to be fruitful and multiply.
