Do not use another device you bought from the same guy after the first one exploded?
Or at least don’t buy your military equipment from the country you are actively attacking with rockets?

I assume they didn't, but the supply chain was intercepted elsewhere.
The pagers were Taiwanese I believe and those got intercepted, but the walkie talkies that are blowing up today are Israeli.
