Technically Martha didn’t go to jail for insider trading. She went to jail for “lying” to the Feds. This is why you should take your right to remain silent.

Assert your 6th Amendment right to counsel, not your 5th Amendment right to remain silent

The lawyer can tell the cops whatever you need to tell them and it would be hearsay to use against you
