I would say that is due to other circumstances such as sun PLUS a bad diet such as one where you're consuming (a lot of) seedoils.

Add wearing sunglasses to that list

Definitely, that is one of the most difficult to believe scams.

We have somehow taught people that real food is bad, almonds have teats, and sun is danger 🤷‍♀️

Your milage can vary for sure!

Just don't count on that "sunburns don't matter" part. At a minimum, you have inflammation followed by scar tissue formation just like every pimple or mosquito bite you get. Microscopic, yes, but just like stacking SATs, that inelastic tissue accumulates with time.

Gotta keep those Chad good looks rocking into you 70s : )

Thanks for the warning. If anything I spend too little time in the sun though, I haven't gotten a burn, even a little one, in the last 20 years.

Jealous. I can burn. Randomly.

I'm probably just a lot more "indoorsy" than you 😆

You’re right

Sunburn is caused mainly by eating seed oils . So putting them on your skin for protection from sunburn is not logical. Coconut oil (a fruit oil) is fine.
