Ginger Cookie Pie Crust 🥧

5 Tablespoons melted butter

10oz of ginger snap cookies

•Melt butter

•Pulverize cookies in food processor

•Add butter and blend evenly into cookies

•Dump mixture into glass pie plate

•Form crust edge first with fingers by lightly tamping mixture

•Smooth out bottom of crust with backside of measuring cup or spoon

•Firmly form a solid even layer in pie plate

•Bake in oven for 10 minutes at 350F

•Let cool
