From my understanding only a couple of app allow you to have that kind of lightning address unless you run your own node.. but I know for a fact strike does. Non custodial might have to run your node I believe hopefully someone else can chime in as well
This is correct, currently you can only get ln address by running your own node and using a compatible wallet or a custodial wallet like wallet of satoshi
