The Government has done nothing to fix this:
1. Chivo app has not been fixed
2. People could care less about the Bitcoin law.
3. Getting fiat to Bitcoin and vice versa is a pain in the ass.
4. There's lack of Bitcoin education
One more question: does it seem like Mr. Bukele has genuinely good intentions?

Yes, he does... But the people he has entrusted with this issue don't or lack knowledge.
