The UN security council passed a Gaza ceasefire resolution. I'm glad this happened.

I have a questions (since I can't read it). When they say "all hostages" do they include Palestinians being detained without charge by Israel? I suspect not. Have I been mislead about such hostages held by the other side? Or does the international community simply accept Israel's claims about them, given they weren't clearly taken as "innocent hostages" for the purpose of leverage? It's just all unclear to me.
Israel is not happy that Hamas was not condemned.
Russia is more concerned that the ceasefire is not permanent and is pushing for a more permanent ceasefire.
The US, while abstaining, chooses to interpret the vote as international support for US policy (why am I not suprised)?
