Plebs will ALWAYS be allowed.

I would make it a dress up IF YOU WANT, but I would not turn down a pleb who chose to #Hold vs spending precious sats on an outfit.

As Duchess said, my take on this would be "come as you are, or, as dressed up as your like to be, as long as you're not a nudist." 😅
