Mastodon’t refuses to add Quote RT because they don’t want dunking. They just forgot you can screen shot something.

Mastodon’t care
One argument was that it engages more to reply to the original thread.
Yet, I love quote RTs and use them all the time. It serves a different function if you want to share with your comments and not just reply comment.
