Left overs , brunch style , 4 different type of enchiladas , empenadas , plantains and crème brûlée . Well , it came out a little whipped so we can call it mouse, the empenadas , butternut squash with goat cheese , beef picadillo Cuban style , and crab and shrimp Cuban style as well.. suppose I will get up a few eggs to get along with it … fresh pressed banana juice to drink

Of coarse these were all hand rolled by me yesterday , pretty much all scratch except I used a can of red sauce (Goya) for one of the enchiladas … my partner is a vegitarian so the Tex mex style is actually plant based chilli,,, my niece had no idea last night . Lol.. Tuanis!
