I thought BlackRock were being greedy getting $120/tonne in New Mexico!
Not paying China to burn coal for us costs about $20 / tonne.
"High-Nutrient Low-Chlorophyll" deep ocean water seeding with iron costs around $10/tonne.
Putting paper and plastic in landfill has a (slightly) _negative_ cost per tonne.
But $1000/tonne, yeah that's the sort of announcement that wins Western elections!
