You made me think another possible case.. no hacks, just government oversight.. with facial recognition camera, if needed they'll deliver you to nearest police office. Not just taxi, every vehicle.

That already kinda exists. There was an interview with a hacker somewhere, where it was implied that he had a chance to do this to police or ambulance cars. Regular cars, not self-driving electric.
