My guess is no matter how hard the USA taunts Putin to use a nuclear weapon, he won’t.
Therefore the USA might launch a nuclear weapon on some country and say it came from Putin.
The only country to ever use nukes on another is the USA, yet the supposed danger is everyone else who has not.
