👍 umbrel works too. Just bear in mind that it is not a public relay. Umbrel does not allow external access to the relay for everyone. Umbrel is a private "home" server.

I run my relay inhouse as well with dyndns. Not a big deal.

Yeah people install tail scale I think then that revere proxies into it or something

Tailscale works fine if you only want to use it as personal relay (for yor data only). Won't work as public relay.

I do like trying proxmox though I was trying virtualbox and kept getting errors
