I've just ended my fast with a bone broth & smokey brisket juice. Sensational.

I might wait a bit before tucking into it.

It wasn't how it was planned but it felt right.

I had my fill but it wasn't as good as I'd hoped. It needed longer - it was a little tough. I covered it & put it back in the oven.

Just ordered a wireless thermometer.

Still learning.
