The question is whether it's because there is "nothing" happening or Israel is actually very well prepared for a full scale conflict with Iran (as opposite to proxy war Iran wages against it via Hamas, Hizballah, pirates etc.)

Anyways, I have no idea why people must be locked down. I guess it's something like in our country, where it's illegal not to send kids to school. Then they have to do stupid things like lock down the schools.
