That's because FSE rate limits our media proxy. If I turned off the media proxy it would make images on other instances load faster at the risk of sending your IP to them. Our instance would also perform better. But, that's the price you pay for security.

I can see your video btw.
Reencode them as MP4, that will allow iTodlers like bot to see them. Also encode them in VP8/Vorbis instead of VP9/Opus since those are an older gen and has more compatibility.
