According to laws and regulations, a recording belongs to the recording individual, and thus any revenue and value of the recording belongs to the individual, as mechanical recording rights very clear on this point.
Which makes synthesis superior in that sense being people independent.
Not quite fair use neither when commercializing the content, is it?
