Where I live, it's entirely on the cop to decide if you're carrying an "illegal" knife even if it's technically legal (no double edged blades or auto). Basically, you have to convince him you're carrying it for "a good reason", and there is no recourse against his opinion.
Doesn't stop me from carrying multiple blades on me and in my gear. What can I say.
That is so dumb. Geez.
I know. It did help me focus more on weightlifing and self defense, so i can't complain. i still would carry a knife, but paying a fine and going to court every time i carry a swiss pocket knife would be bad for my stacking. Plus i smoke weed, so i also have that going for me 😅
