Ok hear me out - if you have jalapeno brine or something similar, soak some cooked beans in it for a day or so. Then you air fry a single layer of those, they pop kinda like popcorn, so very great

Have done this, without the jalapeño brine, with chickpeas that I tossed with a little oil and s&p🤌🤌
