We are going to have completely rethink GDP as an assessment of global economic activity.

No matter what, all of the earth hash-horizon civilian(s) quantified activity can only ever be 21M BTC max - under this condition, GDP as used today, no longer make sense.

Maybe in the future it’ll be something like total energy output and the ratio of total energy output to aggregate weight of fuel source (with a higher number being better).
