The Secret Service are really concerned about criminals using anonymous tools like Nikes that facilitate criminals being able to run away from police. The CEO of Nike has been arrested and charged with aiding hundreds of millions of dollars of petty street crime. Knowingly operating a business that criminals use is illegal.

And you assumed some of the money that bought nikes was from money obtained from illegal activity?
