Is there a quick and easy way to read a block version?

Block 779775 has "version": 628989952 and block 779776 has "version": 536870912.

What's the quickest and easiest way to make this human readable?

I could go convert to binary and try to read the individual bits as flags, and review BIP9. But I'm looking for a tool that will let me be lazy here! Ya know of any?
