Not accurate at all. I usually do between 1k steps per new #Bitcoin block. Sometimes a bit less, depends on how empty are the halls at the Treasury.

Don't use your phone, it will always be inaccurate and will drain your battery. Get a cheap fitness tracker watch off Amazon or Aliexpress.
I would rather go with a Chinese Xiaomi than using an app, directly connected to my Google account.
