No, based on statechains, but it has lightning interoperability: https://docs.spark.money/wallet/introduction

We know a bit about Statechain. We’ll look into it further to see how it differs from Taproot Asset.

The good thing about Spark is that allow self custodial, cheap and instant Bitcoin transactions. And unilateral exit to L1.
