n00b question:

- sats from shakepay are KYC

- send on-chain to WoS

- send as LN TX to a different self-custody LN wallet (a la Phoenix, etc.)

is this a good method to obfuscate/“coinjoin” sats?

Yes. Although, theoretically WOS could coordinate with others and link the payments, in practice this is really good.
