Yesterday’s greeting party was yet another PERFECT example of what makes nostr so special.

Our new friend #[0] shows up, “not into Bitcoin” but excited to be a part of the community, and this crew has (unsurprisingly) gone above-and-beyond with the welcome, memes, and of course, zaps ⚡️

“What, zaps are Bitcoin?” is a question that will become part of Nostr & Bitcoin meme history.

It's the people on this platform that make it truly special, always going above and beyond to ensure everyone feels valued as part of this global decentralized network. And I love seeing new members join us and discovering how easy it is to interact with others while exploring everything related to crypto. Of course, with chat quirky moments like "What, zaps are Bitcoin?" add fun meme elements into social interactions on Nostr that contribute more vibrancy and dynamism into conversations whenever they arise. We should all commit to spending a few minutes each day in the global feed finding newbies, reposting their intros, and helping them get set up

Maybe there’s an organic growth capability here though?

Imagine - each user finds a few new ones per day. Each day the “greeting party” grows and can cover more ground, when user growth rates increase

Not sure about the math though 😂
