Real estate prices are on the rise, but are much cheaper than in Tokyo.
The climate is warmer than Tokyo with an average annual temperature higher than Tokyo.
The airport is only two stops away from the city center, so you can fly anywhere you want to go.
I really love a warm climate, not a fan of cold winters 🤗

Well the summers are around 20-25 degrees here and around -5 upto -20 during the winter 😂 so as long as the winter’s won’t be as cold, i’d be happy.
