Easy sauce. ΒΌ cup Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp each balsamic & olive oil, some salt & pepper.
Marinate your chicken in it, refrigerated for 2-4 hours. Make sure the pieces are well coated when you put them on the tray.
Bake @ 425 for ~40 minutes.
The yogurt does something magical to the chicken. It's so juicy & tender when cooked this way. I usually do bone in thighs like this.
