### #Amethyst v0.79.9: Fullscreen Improvements

- Solves one of the OutOfMemory errors (too many language models cached at the same time)

- Fixes the spacing of the account switcher to avoid getting too close to navigation buttons.

- Fixes full-screen dialog for videos and images

- Activates single-tap to double zoom when on full-screen dialog

- Fixes caching issue of the saved list selection in the top bar on cold starts

- Fixes one of connectivity issues that kept the app off-line even though the phone is connected to the internet

- Fix double encryption when sending dms, when login with external signer by nostr:npub1w4uswmv6lu9yel005l3qgheysmr7tk9uvwluddznju3nuxalevvs2d0jr5

تحديث جديد لـ Amethyst

بإصدار 0.79.9 " تحسينات في عرض كامل الشاشة " .

و من المزايا الجديدة في التحديث الجديد:

يحل أحد أخطاء OutOfMemory (عدد كبير جدًا من نماذج اللغة المخزنة مؤقتًا في نفس الوقت)

- إصلاح التباعد بين مبدل الحسابات لتجنب الاقتراب أكثر من اللازم من أزرار التنقل.

- إصلاح مربع حوار ملء الشاشة لمقاطع الفيديو والصور

- يقوم بتنشيط نقرة واحدة للتكبير المزدوج عند تشغيل مربع حوار ملء الشاشة

- يعمل على إصلاح مشكلة التخزين المؤقت لاختيار القائمة المحفوظة في الشريط العلوي عند البدء البارد

- إصلاح إحدى مشكلات الاتصال التي جعلت التطبيق غير متصل بالإنترنت على الرغم من اتصال الهاتف بالإنترنت

- إصلاح التشفير المزدوج عند إرسال الرسائل المباشرة، عند تسجيل الدخول باستخدام مُوقع خارجي

و التحديث صدر الان في بعض المتاجر

Great!

One feature request I came across today: Would like a way to shut of video playback while still being able to play the video in the app.

Now that leads to downloading the video to gallery for playing. Might be tricky to solve in a good way. On benefit for now is that the no download mode until click, saves resources. But it's less ux friendly when one actually wants to see the videos.

The button to close the full screen is "behind" my frontal camera... I can touch it, but have to find the right spot.

Ah, I use Nova Laucher in Andoid 12. It may be a factor.
