Is it naive for me to think that my iPhone 12 offers some device protection from a physical attack if I have a long alphanumeric password? I have disabled iCloud for most things and have shifted to on-device storage. Surely some of this data must be irretrievable by law enforcement or other state actors. #hacking #hacktivism
The checkmate exploit against iPhones doesn’t hold against the iPhone 12 yet, which is also a good thing.
