I'm working to help a friend and leader in #regenerativeagriculture (Will Harris of White Oak Pastures https://whiteoakpastures.com) expand his direct-to-consumer capacity.

They've got a lending campaign going on Steward where many regular people band together to make small loans to save the farmer from the humiliation of getting rejected or controlled by one of the giant corporate banks.

It's a great model for helping farmers find capital (which is near impossible in traditional lending) to expand. We've used it. We love it.
