Yeah but I'm curious if you made that happen for yourself out of force of sheer will lol. I'm in the process of preparing for this myself and I'm close.

it took about 15 years of dedicated work to get here lol

fortunately i was able to get a place there was already a little infrastructure

That's cool. I'm gonna be in the market for a small place in some amount of time soon 😉, about the only thing I'd like on it is a well. Trees too, of those count as infrastructure.
