Yes! I used the app called CalorieBase, but there are many out there. They also have a website: https://m.caloriebase.com/
I guess depending on the country, maybe different app is better based on the already available amount of recipes and foods in it.
But if you cook for yourself, then it does not matter too much, because you can put in the ingredients you usually buy in the app, and from those ingredients you can create recipes inside the app.
