The cute kind. I think they are California/new Zealand mix.

That should be a nice meat yield for you. If you’ve not done this before & are worried about the cuteness factor my recommendation is to fully butcher before you freeze the meat. Don’t know what it is, but when my husband sees the fully intact carcass in the freezer all he sees is a cute fuzzy bunny, but when it’s fully butchered he sees meat. Its all the difference in my world for getting it from the freezer to the table.
