The policymakers setting "crypto" policy right now are like children. These decisions are the first moves in the nation state game theory...early and foolish.

But the games not over, not by a country mile.

They (we) have done a lot of harm. My hope is that Bitcoin forces the nation state to be ethical or dissolve.
