It’s more of think we should be farther along than we are. With the internet, phones and the wealth of information about inflation you would think people would make the ration choice and choose a better money. I’m more astonished than anything…

I just don't see how you can look at where we started and where we are and not be amazed how much progress has been made in 15 years. It's also unfair because a lot of the 15 years was spent actually building the technology to make the network usable. I'm absolutely shocked at how much better things are now vs when I bought into the Bitcoin philosophy four years ago.

All of this without a centralized authority guiding development is truly amazing. We are farther ahead than I expected. By years.

I guess I’m just impatient lol… so tired of this fiat fucked up world. Fake money is ruining everything and getting people killed.

We agree on that. But I think it's important to consider how many people would suffer and die without a smooth, consistent rate of adoption. Just nuking the current system would probably lead to more harm than good. People need time to adapt. And I think they are.

In my 20s, I would have agreed with going in guns blazing and nuking anything that even looks like it's fiat lol. In my 30s, I'm a little more cautious and thoughtful. I think Bitcoin is too in many ways. It's still maturing with us.
