There's two ways you can get blocked in Bing image creator. If there are problematic words in your prompt it will block the prompt from being sent to DALLE-3.
But if you get this error, it means that DALLE-3 generated the images and then Bing image recognition AI saw something problematic in them and blocked them from being displayed.
