Replying to Avatar Gigi

Damus and Amethyst link to Snort right now. My argument is to replace the links to Snort with links to njump, which renders notes and profiles just the same and allows for (native) client selection.

Podcasts have the same problem. People share podcast episodes and will use Spotify or iTunes links and it's just terrible. That's why pod.link and similar exist.
