I think you're right. It's only a matter of time before all the bad stuff about the internet show up here (child porn, disinformation, psy-ops by intelligence agencies, etc.). And, as near as I can tell, it will be impossible to stop. So yes, there will have to be nostritches who spend time thinking about these (and other) problems and doing what they can to mitigate them. I think white hatters is a good term for what we need.
