If you are a nnEMF disrespector and follow Jack Kruse and others that talk about its dangers, it can initially be overwhelming.

I'll implore you to take an initial baby step with your phone through four steps to reduce your exposure:

1) If you aren't using your phone, have it on Airplane Mode

2) At home, keep it on airplane mode always and just use WiFi

3) Make sure your Bluetooth is off when you aren't using it. It's still on even if it's not connected to a device

4) Set your phone to only use LTE and to not use 5G

Your body will thank you over the long term for taking these steps
