GM Nostr! It’s #FitnessFriday

I bet y’all are now winding down from a busy week into a relaxing weekend. As you should! But let’s make sure we keep our metabolism in slow-burner mode before kicking back & binge watching your favorite shows & snacks (..any House M.D. fans out there!?)

Fitness Friday can look like this:

• Take a 30-minute walk around the block

• Do a set (or 3!) of 10 pushups, 20 squats, and 30 lunges

• Dance to your favorite song for 10 minutes straight (DJ BL3ND is my go-to)

• Eat a balanced meal with plenty of fruits and veggies

• Try 10-15 minutes of yoga or stretching to unwind

• Drink at least 8 glasses of water throughout the day

• Take the stairs instead of the elevator at work or in your home
