Yeah, I agree I do need my carbs for running but my body is so tired for a while now that is thought giving it a try after the marathon 🤔

Your body can run beautifully on fat - it's a great fuel! - but it can take a while to get those fat-burning pathways fully engaged.

In some of the podcasts that are recommended on this thread, you'll see a lot of interviews with athletes that only eat meat.
