Why you need that?
You dont have to see anyone, but it's wierd to be in public space telling who can see you.
Dont worry. I cant see any reason why I would follow you after you asked not to. I dont remember ever interacting with you before.
Im sure there will be relays with "real" block possibility. I dont see why every relay should share all notes with who ever asking them. And already they dont.
