I love this weather, but my body is still used to hot days. Always takes a few days to adjust at first when the weather switches. So great to be wearing heavier clothes, and I just pulled my jacket out of the closet. Wind went right through my sweatshirt when I was out with Lu a bit ago. Brr!

I used to feel like the onset of fall had me chilly for the first week or two, but now I'm in perimenopause, so I get hot flashes randomly, and I welcome the cool. lol I'm also Nordic, so I don't get cold like most people do and I HATE THE HEAT.

I hate being hot SO MUCH. To the point that coming home after our last tropical cruise in January was like a welcome home blast of frigid air. 😄
