Has anyone heard or read up on Polycentric protocol?

Similar to Nostr but I think it uses more of a bittorrent thing for sharing posts around. Big inspirations from SSB.

I actually respect the Source Available as opposed to open source. But the product itself is still weird. It’s a blend of a lot of different existing ideas. Not sure what to make of it
