I’m not sure nostr fixes it yet. It has the potential to foster the kind of tech that will fix this, but we’re not there yet.
Unless I am wrong and am missing something about state of clients and relays in relation to the issue of curation and noise filtering.
People help each other here. Even the Devs of various apps respond to user curiosity. That helps a lot.
